📋 Description

• Own strong client relationships through timely communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. • Lead client calls, understand requirements, manage follow-ups, and ensure confidence in project delivery. • Independently manage ongoing client accounts and projects. • Drive smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and strong execution across teams and stakeholders. • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers/Executives. • Set clear direction, review work quality, coach on client handling and execution, and ensure accountability and consistency. • Identify and coordinate creative talent for different project needs, considering quality, fit, availability, timelines, and budget. • Lead creation of proposals, scopes, and project plans. • Own pricing discussions, commercial decisions, and project solutioning. • Track project progress, maintain account updates, and organize documentation across proposals, timelines, deliverables, and key account updates. • Ensure strong operational discipline across accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of agency experience in account management, client servicing, and project leadership. • Currently operating as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager (GAM), or Account Director, or in an equivalent role. • Proven experience running a team by coaching, delegating, and holding people accountable. • Strong track record managing client relationships end-to-end, including at a senior/stakeholder level. • Strong domain experience across design, video, and content/creative services. • Excellent communication skills and someone who is confident, articulate, and comfortable representing the business in front of clients and leadership. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort handling multiple moving pieces at once. • Strong commercial thinking across pricing, proposals, and project economics. • Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive things forward independently. • Must-have skills: Manage Client Relationships, Client Services. • Good-to-have skills: Key Account Management, Marketing Campaign Management, Team Handling.
