📋 Description

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins • Independently manage live/production WordPress environments • Own WordPress architecture, technical decisions, performance, and security • Convert UI designs, layouts, and wireframes into responsive WordPress websites • Debug and resolve issues using browser developer tools such as Chrome Inspector • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility • Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time • Use Git and standard version-control practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience • Strong PHP and WordPress Core knowledge • Strong experience with custom WordPress themes and plugins • Experience independently managing production WordPress systems • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL • Experience with Elementor and/or WPBakery • Exposure to AWS or cloud environments • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Experience with healthcare, hospital, pharma, or clinical websites (good to have) • Experience with WordPress multisite or multilingual implementations (good to have) • Knowledge of PostgreSQL (good to have) • Experience with performance optimization, caching, and WordPress security (good to have) • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (good to have)
