📋 Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements • Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interviews • Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards • Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview coordination • Work closely with internal team members on hiring priorities • Help improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) • Process-oriented and disciplined approach to workflows • Ability to multi-task across multiple companies and roles simultaneously • Strong work ethic with an ownership mindset and reliability • MBA / PGDM / Undergraduate students interested in HR / Recruitment • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome • Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
