📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and clearly present the company, role, location, and job requirements • Understand candidates’ interest, availability, notice period, and other relevant details • Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the hiring process moving • Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant internal team • Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and records in spreadsheets or internal systems • Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets, making approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day • POD Leads coordinate the team, coach associates, monitor daily productivity, and maintain quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed graduation • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience welcome • Current college students are not eligible • Clear, fluent spoken English • Confident, professional phone communication • Comfort with repetitive calling, regular follow-ups, and daily performance targets • Basic ATS knowledge • Strong attention to detail • Availability for 9 hours/day, 6 days/week, including one mandatory working Sunday each month • Prior telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach experience helpful but not required for entry-level applicants
