📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary software engineering initiatives for Platform Services Mobile Foundations • Build and guide development of core frontend and mobile platform foundations, SDKs, and integration services • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional platform initiatives • Align frontend and mobile requirements with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) and core services • Provide technical and architectural leadership for React and React Native platforms • Guide scalable and robust design patterns and technical trade-offs • Liaise with Product, UX, and consumer teams to negotiate technical scope, roadmaps, and integration standards • Establish engineering best practices for testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience • Directly manage engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career development • Mentor team members and support their career growth • Drive technical execution and align product roadmaps with system architecture • Conduct architectural discussions and code/design reviews • Maintain delivery quality • Foster a supportive, inclusive engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams, including people management, hiring, performance management, and career development • Hands-on experience with React and React Native ecosystems • Experience with modern frontend/mobile architecture • Track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment • Knowledge of distributed system architecture • Knowledge of modern mobile architectures, Micro Frontends, BFF (Node.js), RESTful APIs, and GraphQL • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including roadmap execution, sprint planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation • Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English • Inclusive, collaborative approach and mentoring experience • Prior experience in React, React Native, and mobile architecture are mandatory requirements
