📋 Description

• Make data-driven supplier-selection decisions for accounts and content specialties in collaboration with Program Squads • Lead supplier communication and onboarding for new client programs • Maintain supplier skilling for clients and Pantheon programs • Monitor supplier utilization and recommend adjustments to resource usage • Support Talent Procurement in creating recruitment campaigns for new suppliers • Ensure regular supplier quality measurement aligned with Welocalize LQA strategy • Monitor and flag suppliers below thresholds for OTD, task acceptance time, language quality, and instruction adherence • Initiate Quality Improvement Plans, root-cause analyses, or corrective and preventive actions as needed • Liaise with Program Squads to understand customer capacity requirements and ensure they are met • Own performance of internal and external resources, capacity planning, resource utilization, OTD, and quality • Measure, monitor, and optimize supplier performance across assigned languages • Coordinate with Talent Procurement to meet customer capacity requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry • Knowledge of the language services industry and interest in its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends • Data literacy and ability to use data to make decisions • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment • Problem-solving mindset with ability to proactively assess and mitigate risk • Ability to work within a team or independently • Ability to prioritize ongoing projects based on business needs and urgencies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English • Minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • Strong listening and collaboration skills • Understanding of Objective & Key Results (OKRs) • Results-oriented approach • Ability to drive performance and deliver results • Ability to develop clear solutions to complex problems
