📋 Description

• Write and maintain the project’s Requirements Management Plan, including all traceability elements • Set up and maintain projects in the requirements management system, including project structure, traceability, access rights, baselines, and document generation • Ensure adherence to the organization’s requirements engineering process • Detect and warn project managers of noncompliance, define corrective actions, and follow through to closure • Consolidate and report project requirements engineering KPIs to stakeholders • Report and resolve BCaM7 process and system-related issues • Participate in Change Control Board meetings as applicable to Requirements Engineering • Train and support project teams in deploying tools and methodologies • Support requirements reviews and traceability review processes • Represent the organization in cross-Business-Line competence teams • Serve as a subject matter expert in requirements management processes and tools • Support projects and users in requirements engineering across the BL AP, BL EP, and MCU/MPU R&D organizations • Act as or support the requirements manager for projects, ensuring adherence to and execution of the requirements management process • Drive continual improvement in requirements management processes, tools, templates, best practices, KPI metrics, and quality • Build and sustain communication channels for requirements management • Administer and support DOORSNG, generate reports, and manage versions in collaboration with other teams and forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Expertise in requirements management and related processes and tools • Several years experienced working in a high technology environment • Understanding of system engineering and V-model framework • Knowledge in DOORSNG usage and administration • Knowledge in other requirements management tools • Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) • Self-motivated and self-driven • Ability to successfully manage conflict • Ability to rapidly learn and master software tools and process methodologies • Valid visa and work permit to work in Romania at the application stage • Resume and motivation letter in English • Conscious and reliable way of working for security-related tasks and certifications
