📋 Description

• Plan projects, define scope, gather requirements, and validate requirements with clients • Identify and work with relevant client and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects according to quality, cost, and schedule requirements • Conduct risk analysis and contingency planning using the plan-do-check-act cycle • Lead internal and external teams through successful project execution and delivery • Create project schedules and monitor delivery timeliness • Manage budgets and control project costs • Establish and nurture relationships with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers • Oversee project activities and resolve problems through corrective and preventive action • Optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality, and profitability • Report project scope, financials, progress, and status to internal and external stakeholders in written and verbal forms • Keep finance systems up to date and accurate • Document processes and manage knowledge • Maintain project profit through margin management • Deliver services in line with project management KPIs, including client satisfaction, on-time delivery, cost control and profitability, revenue throughput, and client growth • Report to the Enterprise Program Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in related field • Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry • Knowledge of the translation industry and its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends • Demonstrated success managing large accounts and/or projects • Curiosity and creativity to question existing processes and approaches and innovate new ones • Proven experience in development of processes and ideas • Experience in financial management and budget-to-actual management • Customer relationship management and business development skills to drive organic growth • Must be available to travel for work-related commitments • Energy and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Effective presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment • Ability to cope with high pressure caused by project management constraints such as quality, turnaround time, resources, or budget • Attention to detail • Ability to quickly learn and master the technology, tools, and processes required by the account • Ability to train a Project Coordinator on projects/processes
