âą Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices. âą Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. âą Conduct initial HR interviews to assess soft skills, communication, and culture fit. âą Collaborate with hiring managers and PMs to understand detailed requirements. âą Ensure timely and professional candidate communication across all stages. âą Assist with offer prep and negotiations under HR/Legal supervision. âą Maintain candidate records in Recruitee and internal tracking sheets. âą Track and report on core hiring metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source performance.
âą 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in outsource/outstaff company; âą Good understanding of the IT Market; âą Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine, Europe/Latin America âą Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). âą Experience working with ATS systems , LinkedIn , job boards , and Boolean search . âą Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel / Docs for tracking and reporting. âą Attention to detail, structured work approach, and ability to handle 2-3 vacancies at once. âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; âą Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
