📋 Description

• Lead Acquisition & Qualification: Actively work on Upwork, monitor new job posts, respond to high-priority leads, customize proposals, manage Upwork Lead Generation Team. • Lead Follow-up & Nurturing: Build and maintain follow-up sequences, handle objections, maintain a positive tone. • CRM Management: Use CRM as the single source of truth, log all messages, update deal stages. • Company Knowledge & Positioning: Deep understanding of WeSoftYou, ability to pitch effectively in English. • Communication & Professionalism: Maintain native-level English, manage time zones, present clean communication. • Collaboration with Delivery & Management: Collaborate with delivery teams, provide context before handoff. • Reporting & KPIs: Manage daily and weekly reports, track KPIs like response time and conversion rate. • Tools: Use Upwork, GigRadar, CRM (Zoho/Pipedrive), Slack, Google Meet/Zoom.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, ideally within software development company (B2B). • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, CRM, and lead qualification. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset. • Ability to coach and develop a sales team for high performance. • English fluency (С1), both written and spoken.
