📋 Description

• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to design transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and organizational structures. • Act as a bridge between client operations and technical project teams to ensure viable implementation strategies. • Advise on impacts of technology, process, and governance changes on roles, decision-making, and workforce capabilities. • Apply deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or transportation to diagnose bottlenecks and assess operational impacts. • Link change activities directly to measurable business outcomes and adoption success. • Develop and deliver OCM deliverables including readiness and impact assessments, communication strategies, training programs, and executive coaching. • Lead change strategies using methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR. • Anticipate and manage resistance; embed practices for sustainable transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 -10 plus years in management consulting or enterprise transformation roles. • Proven progression from operational/technical backgrounds to leadership in transformation projects. • Significant experience with complex, large-scale initiatives (e.g., ERP, supply chain optimization, post-merger integration). • Strong understanding and application of formal change management approaches (Prosci certification preferred). • Excellent business acumen: ability to quickly understand manufacturing and logistics operations. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels (from shop floor to C-suite). • Influential leader, adaptable to switch between strategy design and hands-on delivery. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada (U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders strongly preferred). • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
