📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus. • Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training activities. • Ensure compliance with organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks. • Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to executive leadership. • Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks as needed to ensure successful delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience. • Strong understanding of SAP modules. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies & understanding of SAP Activate methodology. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to lead global teams and manage multicultural dynamics. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
