📋 Description
• Provide Scope of work estimates, budgets, develop project plans, and scheduleso • Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines • Collaborate with Engineers, contractors, utility personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and proper execution • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate or eliminate them and address any issues that arise during the project life cycle • Ensure that all systems and components meet the proper standards and safety regulations • Conduct inspections of the work locations to monitor safety, progress and quality • Maintain regular communication with customers and WEC Leadership, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in scope
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field • 10 years of experience managing projects and supervising building trades personnel • Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. • Experience with mechanical systems, processes, materials, and drawings • Ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, welding processes, materials, and drawings
