📋 Description
• Manage a commercial team to create a strategy which develops short and long-term opportunities to improve total cost of ownership • Grow a commercial management team focused on material aggregation for large, fabricated structures including Modules, Shield Building and Containment Vessel • Leading the sourcing efforts for internal shop procurements of raw materials and services • Recruit, building, training and managing a team to create an overall AP1000 and APx commercial strategy • Ensure the execution strategy through preferred supplier list (PSL) • Lead a team to issue Purchase Orders and perform commercial administration of those agreements
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree required (Preferably MBA or MS in any field of engineering) • Minimum 7 years of procurement experience (preferably within industries with complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects, with a focus on procurement) • Minimum 5 years of experience in negotiations including RFI, RFP, RFQ and contract development. • Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience in procurement (Preferably 3 years of category management supervision)
