📋 Description

• Help customers navigate complex lending scenarios, including first-home purchases, investment lending, and construction lending • Deliver tailored home lending solutions and proactive financial guidance • Drive new lending growth • Retain valued customers • Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through virtual channels • Advise customers on property market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and Westpac lending products • Apply transparency and ethical decision-making • Deliver the service promise and strengthen customer loyalty

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years residential home lending experience • Level 5 Residential Lending Qualification • Proven expertise in complex lending structures including Trusts, Look Through Companies, and Small Business financials • Strong knowledge of construction, shared equity, investment, property development, and prebuilt lending • High financial literacy, sound judgement, and commercial insight • Tech-savvy mindset • Strong organisational skills and attention to compliance • CV and Cover Letter required for application
