• Prospecting and connecting with tour operators in France and Belgium • Acting as a business developer — we’ll provide lead lists, but we’ll also count on you to source your own, gather market insights, and help us break into the France & Benelux region effectively • Running engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel • Managing your pipeline in HubSpot and keeping deals moving forward • Closing new business and ensuring a smooth handoff to our onboarding team • Sharing market feedback with our product and marketing teams to shape what comes next • Collaborating with a friendly, high-performing team that genuinely loves what they do
• Are a native French speaker and fully proficient in English (required) • Feel confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach • Have strong communication and presentation skills • Are passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow • Have some experience with inside sales via email and phone • Have worked in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses • Are familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot • Bonus if you come from a hospitality or travel background and understand how tour operators think
• Attractive compensation - uncapped commission.
