📋 Description

• Represent the company to overseas authorized dealers and end customers • Approach and develop relationships with major customers • Establish and expand new dealer territories • Ensure machinery sales in international markets • Prepare annual sales forecasts in collaboration with dealers • Ensure a continuous flow of information between dealers and the manufacturing plant • Continuously analyze market trends, technology, and pricing • Prepare quotations • Support dealers in competitive situations • Conduct sales training sessions • Assist and support prospective customers during factory visits • Discuss financing and rental options • Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative solutions • Participate in trade fairs and events

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales or key account management, ideally in mechanical engineering or international B2B sales of construction machinery • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for high-quality products • Ability to independently develop sales strategies • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional foreign languages are an advantage • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Willingness to travel extensively
