📋 Description

• Define and execute fuel sales strategy to deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets • Develop and grow key customer relationships and strategic accounts • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team • Partner with supply, operations, and finance to ensure strong execution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in fuel, energy, or commodities sales • Proven sales leadership experience with strong commercial results • Deep understanding of fuel markets and pricing dynamics • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
