📋 Description

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of business aviation accounts • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the business aviation market • Expand customer adoption of World Fuel's products, services, technology, and fuel programs • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to increase fuel volume, revenue, and customer retention • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through contract execution and ongoing account growth • Build trusted relationships with aircraft operators, flight departments, and aviation professionals • Serve as a strategic partner to customers by understanding their operational needs and recommending effective solutions • Engage with key decision makers, including Directors of Aviation, Chief Pilots, Pilots, Schedulers, Dispatchers, and Flight Operations personnel • Conduct customer meetings, business reviews, and account planning discussions • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that promotes long-term loyalty and retention • Analyze customer opportunities, market conditions, and industry trends to support business growth • Develop pricing recommendations and negotiate commercial agreements aligned with company objectives • Identify opportunities to increase customer value while maximizing account profitability • Support contract renewals, account retention, and strategic growth initiatives • Partner closely with Operations, Supply, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support customers and ensure seamless execution • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer records within CRM systems • Travel as needed to support customers, business development activities, industry events, and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles • Proven ability to develop new business while growing and retaining existing customer relationships • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Demonstrated success managing customer accounts and achieving sales objectives • Ability to build credibility and trust with customers and internal stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications • Willingness to travel as needed • Experience in business aviation, aviation fuel, FBO operations, flight operations, aviation services, or a related industry (preferred) • Understanding of aircraft operations and flight department environments (preferred) • Knowledge of aviation fuel programs, trip support services, or aviation-related commercial solutions (preferred)
