📋 Description

• Lead hiring for critical high-volume roles • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders • Source strong talent • Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing, screening, managing candidates through interviews, and closing • Manage the pipelines for 10-15 open roles • Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics • Iterate on candidate feedback • Uplevel the recruiting team • Build scalable processes • Emphasize diversity

🎯 Requirements

• at least two years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience • proven experience as a full-stack recruiter • ability to manage the entire process of a candidate end to end • love for hiring at high volumes • consistent delivery of hires • comfort with ownership and managing multiple roles • ability to provide an incredible candidate experience • champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
