📋 Description

• Own projects from kickoff to go live and post go live support • Keep scope, timeline, stakeholders, and delivery under control • Work closely with clients, technical teams, and partners to move projects forward • Run workshops, clarify requirements, document decisions, and keep everyone aligned • Spot risks early and deal with them before they become delivery problems • Learn the serialization domain properly and become confident enough to lead projects in it • Communicate clearly in Spanish and English with clients and internal teams across different markets

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management experience in pharma or another highly regulated environment • Clear track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Willingness to learn serialization and everything connected to it • Spanish at C1 level or higher • English at C1 level or higher • Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability • Genuine interest in learning, improving, and growing professionally.
