📋 Description

• Edit and produce paid social ads across multiple formats and platforms • Create motion graphics and animated assets using After Effects • Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams on campaign production • Integrate AI tools into the workflow to speed up production and generate video assets • Adapt creative assets across formats and aspect ratios • Contribute ideas to improve creative performance and production efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of video editing experience • Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects • Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social and motion graphics work • Fluent English, written and verbal • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Veo, Kling, or similar • Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams • Available to work in US Eastern Time • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with feedback and change • Advanced ClickUp experience, including automations, dashboards, and templates (nice to have) • Startup or high-growth environment experience (nice to have) • Healthcare or telehealth operations experience (nice to have) • Experience with Airtable or similar operational platforms (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation (nice to have) • Hands-on experience implementing new systems or operational processes (nice to have)
