• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research • Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy • Present strong talent for open positions • Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction • Update and maintain reports

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement • Possesses strong time prioritization skills • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system and a strong social media presence
