📋 Description

• Build B2C lead lists from scratch via data scraping and social media, targeting specific Michigan demographics • Set 10–20 qualified in-person appointments weekly for the sales team • Ensure strict FTC/DNC compliance for all phone, email, and text outreach • Qualify prospects to confirm travel intent, income, and that couples can attend together • Manage CRM and outreach using GoHighLevel, Calendly, and Google Sheets, including sub-domains for cold email • Develop and document the lead generation process from the ground up to help scale the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2C lead generation, appointment setting, and sales development • Must have US-facing B2C phone sales experience • Must be highly familiar with FTC telemarketing rules, the Do Not Call Registry, and SMS/email opt-in regulations • Must be able to independently build a lead list from scratch via data scraping and social media mining • Native-level English fluency with a clear, neutral Midwest US accent • Must prioritize company reputation over booking numbers; no misrepresenting the product to get an appointment • GoHighLevel and Calendly • Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for data scraping and mining • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
