📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads • Monitor campaign budgets and analyze performance metrics • Test ad creatives and prepare ROI reports • Manage social media accounts and content calendars • Plan and schedule posts, write captions, and develop content strategies • Monitor engagement to grow the audience • Design professional flyers, promotional graphics, and ad creatives • Repurpose content across social media channels to maintain a consistent brand presence

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically paid advertising and campaign optimization • Strong social media management and content strategy skills • Ability to generate creative content ideas and plan content calendars • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Capcut, or similar) • Understanding of campaign analytics, performance tracking, and marketing KPIs • Strong written communication, creativity, organization, and time management • Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently and meet deadlines • Experience with Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads • Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
