📋 Description

• Monitor and respond to the Info inbox and website enquiries, including checking Junk Mail • Manage Telstra accounts • Organise team breakfasts, company events, staff functions, and staff training • Complete printing, laminating, and large-format plan printing • Provide general IT assistance to employees • Prepare and maintain site documentation, including Test & Tag Registers, RCD Tests, Electrical Warning Signs, and Carbon Electrical Installation Test Reports • Order employee uniforms during onboarding and coordinate distribution • Organise monthly toolbox talks, send reminders, prepare agendas, and coordinate agenda items • Create and post SEEK recruitment advertisements, review applications, filter candidates, and arrange or refer interviews • Inspect company vehicles, document pre-existing damage, ensure cleanliness, obtain Vehicle Usage Agreements, and set up fuel cards, Powerpass, or Cellopark • Add receipts and invoices to Xero from email accounts • Reconcile expenses in Xero • Monitor and action the Accounts inbox • Enter infringement notices into Xero and arrange payment • Follow up with site personnel for receipts needed for reconciliation • Process payroll every Monday

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an accounting role; the application asks applicants to select from 6 months, 1–2 years, 3–4 years, or more than 5 years • Experience with accounting tasks including accounts reconciliation, BAS statements, GST obligations, and financial reports • Proficiency or experience with Xero; experience with QuickBooks, Ledger, MYOB, GST & FBT, Property Me, Netsuite, PAYG, and BAS is assessed • Ability to communicate with clients, vendors, and team members via calls, text, email, or other channels • Experience managing calendars or scheduling appointments for an executive or team • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, 512GB HDD/SSD, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 12th generation or newer, and Windows 11 Home or Pro • Power backup such as a power station, powerbank, or UPS • Secondary or external monitor • Noise-cancelling headset and webcam • Internet speed of 40–50 Mbps minimum for both download and upload • Dual-monitor setup requested • Quiet, sufficiently spacious, closable work-from-home location • English proficiency test submission • Personality test submission • Video introduction submission in English • BIR self-registration and required government contributions • NBI or Police Clearance • Government-issued ID • Willingness to comply with Wingman IT and security requirements, including system monitoring and safety tools • Ability to work 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time, Mondays to Fridays • Independent contractor agreement under Singapore law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd. • References from a former employer or supervisor
