📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into agency services and operations. • Research, test, and recommend emerging AI tools and technologies. • Stay up to date with developments across generative AI, automation, and creative technology. • Support teams in using AI for content creation, ideation, design, video, and campaign development. • Develop prompts, workflows, and best practices for creative teams. • Assist with AI-generated content production and quality assurance. • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency. • Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated. • Build integrations between AI platforms and agency systems where appropriate. • Train and support staff in the effective use of AI tools. • Develop AI policies, processes, and governance frameworks. • Create documentation and knowledge-sharing resources. • Contribute to AI-related client projects and proposals. • Identify opportunities to introduce AI-enhanced services. • Help develop new products and service offerings leveraging AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Make, Zapier, or similar technologies. • Strong understanding of marketing, content, creative production, and digital workflows. • Ability to combine creative thinking with technical problem-solving. • Experience building automations, workflows, or AI-powered solutions. • Excellent communication and training skills.
