📋 Description

• Conceptualise and execute high-quality print and digital collateral • Highlight property listings • Boost agent personal branding • Strengthen overall corporate identity • Collaborate with the fast-paced marketing team • Complete a 1–2 minute self-introduction video • Provide device, internet-speed, equipment, and work-setup documentation • Complete English proficiency and personality tests • Provide references for background and qualification checks

🎯 Requirements

• Real estate experience in AUS • Strong background in Adobe Indesign, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Equipment is self-provided • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps • Dual Monitor • Willingness to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays • English proficiency test required • Personality test required • BIR self-registration and required government contributions • BIR tax, NBI or Police Clearance, and Government ID • Work-from-home location with minimal noise, sufficient space, and ability to be closed off • Ability to comply with standard IT, security, system monitoring, and productivity requirements • Independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
