📋 Description

• Review loan files before submission and/or settlement for completeness and accuracy • Check applications against lender requirements and Australian mortgage compliance standards • Review broker notes, client information, supporting documents, and compliance records • Verify income, liabilities, expenses, assets, and other financial information • Identify missing information, errors, inconsistencies, and potential compliance issues • Raise issues with brokers and follow up on outstanding compliance items • Conduct regular quality checks and audits on completed and in-progress loan files • Ensure compliance documents, disclosures, consents, and records are completed and stored • Monitor broker adherence to processes and SOPs • Track errors and recurring issues and provide feedback to brokers and management • Assist with process improvements and SOP updates • Maintain quality and compliance reports and provide updates on findings and trends • Support the team with compliance-related queries and clarify process requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Australian mortgage broking, preferably in a QA, compliance, loan processing, or broker support role • Good understanding of Australian lending and mortgage compliance requirements • Strong knowledge of loan documentation and the end-to-end mortgage process • High attention to detail and ability to identify errors or missing information • Comfortable reviewing multiple files and working against deadlines • Strong communication skills when providing feedback to brokers • Experience with mortgage CRMs such as Infynity, Mercury, AOL, MyCRM, or similar is an advantage • Ability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays • Willingness to comply with BIR self-registration as part of the pre-employment process • English proficiency test required • Personality test required • Device specifications, internet speed, equipment, and work setup screenshots required • Video introduction and one-minute sample voice call required
