📋 Description

• Assess borrowers’ financial statements and credit data to determine creditworthiness • Prepare mortgage application paperwork and help clients compile required documents and credit information • Review mortgage disclosures for compliance with federal and state lending regulations • Work with real estate agents regarding mortgage application requirements • Maintain accurate client records and protect sensitive information • Present progress reports and updated financial data to the mortgage team • Support successful and timely loan closings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, specifically in credit analysis or underwriting • Proficiency in mortgage software and financial analysis tools • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis • Familiarity with credit reporting systems and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret complex financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data • Strong time management and organizational skills • Attention to detail • Self-provided equipment: computer with 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest), 512GB HDD/SSD, Windows 11 Home or Pro • Power backup, secondary/external monitor, noise-cancelling headset, webcam • Internet speed of 40-50 Mbps minimum for downloads and uploads • BIR registration/contributions required for contractor status • NBI or Police Clearance • Government-issued ID • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays • English proficiency test • Personality test • Relevant references and background-check consent • Must accept system monitoring and safety tools • Independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
