• Take escalated tickets from Level 1 and resolve them • Build and manage device policies in Microsoft Intune • Enrol, configure and patch Windows devices through Intune and N-able N-central • Administer Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple clients • Manage users, licences, mailboxes, SharePoint sites and Teams • Manage sign-in security, including conditional access and multi-factor authentication • Respond to security alerts and complete investigation steps • Apply the company security baseline to every device • Review alerts in the security monitoring platform and act on them • Follow the change process and report unusual activity • Run staff onboarding and offboarding for client sites • Check backups and confirm they restore • Write documentation as work is completed • Escalate issues outside the role's level to Level 3 • Join client calls when written updates are insufficient • Work inside Microsoft 365, Intune and the ticketing system while supporting businesses across Australia, mainly in property management
• Three or more years in a similar support role • Experience at a managed services provider, working across many client tenants • Strong Microsoft Intune skills, including enrolment, compliance and application deployment • Solid Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID • Windows 11 and Windows Server troubleshooting • Understanding of common security controls and why they exist • Clear written English; you will write directly to clients • Reliable power, reliable internet and a quiet place to work • Self-provided USB headset with noise cancellation • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 50 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps • Dual monitor • Monday to Friday availability on Australian Eastern time • Willingness to work occasional planned after-hours changes with notice • Ability to use a company-managed device and comply with its mandatory security controls • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300 or AZ-104 are useful, but not required • Experience with a ticketing platform such as HaloPSA is useful, but not required • Hands-on experience with N-able N-central or a similar monitoring platform is useful, but not required • Backup platform experience is useful, but not required • PowerShell scripting is useful, but not required • Networking basics—firewalls, switches and wireless—are useful, but not required • Willingness to comply with BIR self-registration • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays
