• You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from cold calling to contract closing. • You operate across industries within the SME sector and in small branch-network sales environments. • You sell solution-oriented online marketing products. • You build your customer base from scratch and later leverage your sales potential for cross-selling and upselling activities. • You handle data capture and maintenance using HubSpot.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales. • Motivated, goal-oriented, and communicative. • Negotiation-level German. • Ideally, experience in the online marketing area.
• Base salary + commission: You receive a base salary plus an attractive, uncapped commission. • Hybrid work model: After successful onboarding you will work in our hybrid model – 2 days in the Frankfurt office and 3 days from home. • Mobile office: You can work remotely for 6 weeks per year – including from abroad. • Company health insurance: We cover your supplementary medical expenses. • Family-like work environment: You will work with helpful colleagues in a friendly, family-like atmosphere characterized by flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
