• Answer incoming warm lead calls generated from social media advertisements. • Conduct follow-up calls, re-engage leads, and manage appointment rescheduling. • Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings efficiently. • Convert warm leads into booked consultations and appointments. • Present and upsell services using provided sales scripts and training. • Build rapport with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service. • Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system. • Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. • Track lead status and conversion outcomes. • Ensure all leads receive prompt follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written). • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, sales, or call center environments. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Professional and friendly phone presence. • Comfortable handling sales conversations and guiding prospects toward booking appointments. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. • College-educated professional (preferred but not required). • Experience working with U.S.-based clients, particularly California clientele. • Background in aesthetics, healthcare, medical spas, wellness, or beauty services. • Experience using CRM systems.
