📋 Description

• Conduct both on-site and virtual training for local companies. • Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions. • Possess knowledge to train new president/managers and employees on various topics including WISE functions, reports, e.g. A Day’s Work in a Day (ADWIAD). • Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data. • Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company. • Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions. • Record training help videos and provide supporting help documentation. • Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved. • Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects. • Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry. • Ability to provide attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all duties. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work individually or as part of a team. • Able to work in a fast paced/constantly changing work environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
