📋 Description

• Utilize OnlineJobs.ph and other free job boards to source qualified candidates for open positions. • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate initial interview results with HR and Senior Recruiter. • Set expectations to applicants regarding follow-on interviews. • Provide necessary information to both parties and ensure a smooth interview process. • Keep track of candidates in the recruitment process, and update the applicant tracker (Manatal). • Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities, creating a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. • Represent the company positively to candidates and external stakeholders. • Contribute to company branding efforts to attract top talent. • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates across various roles. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Manatal (preferred but not required). • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Forward-thinking professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrates initiative in developing interview guide questionnaires and behavioral assessment tools to support structured hiring when needed. • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
