📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for Wirex Private clients and provide personalised, white-glove service. • Handle client requests across cards, payments, transfers, account functionality, limits, crypto, and other Wirex products. • Own client issues from initial contact through resolution. • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally, especially regarding urgent or sensitive matters. • Build relationships with clients and understand their individual needs, expectations, and preferences. • Coordinate complex or high-value cases and ensure appropriate follow-up. • Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience. • Identify recurring client pain points and communicate them internally to improve Private processes. • Develop a strong understanding of Private clients, their businesses, financial behaviour, and use of Wirex products. • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional, personalised service.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A genuinely client-first mindset. • Ability to take ownership and follow up on client requests, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with demanding or high-value clients. • Ability to work across multiple teams and navigate internal processes. • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client information. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Experience working with VIP, premium, or high-value clients is a strong plus. • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or financial services is a strong plus. • Willingness to quickly learn fintech, payments, and crypto products is a strong plus. • Full-time availability for Sunday–Thursday, 8 hours plus a 1-hour lunch break, based on location. • B2B contract cooperation.
