📋 Description

• Oversee large and complex, integrated program(s)/ projects • Implements work scope, provides program/project planning, budget, and administration • Develop related operational policies and procedures • Focus on planning, development, testing, and implementation of solutions • Lead the coordination with business sponsors to define requirements and scope • Identify resources needed for project teams • Schedule tasks, deadlines, and key milestones • Establish best practices for managing projects • Manage the project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, and launch • Lead project assignments with limited direction • Communicate project progress and discuss issues with sponsors • Manage “scope creep” and build consensus about project plan changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree an emphasis in business or communication or the equivalent in related work experience • 7 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience in a service-oriented industry, including three or more years of project management experience • PMP Certification
