📋 Description

• Own team deliverables and objectives • Set technical strategy and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior engineers • Provide active career development and technical guidance to engineers • Hire, build your team, and manage performance • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project management • Reimagine and implement the future of data for the music industry • Build, drive and uplift a dynamic and highly effective engineering team • Own the creation and delivery of innovative products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field • At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 6-10+ software engineers • Hands-on leader who writes code, conducts code reviews, and is involved in architectural design and strategy work • Effective communication skills and proven track record of effective hiring and team building • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments • Empathetic leader who builds strong teams
