📋 Description
• Identify and approach potential partners (companies, institutions, sponsors and funders) • Present our projects and develop joint cooperation opportunities • Negotiate and finalize funding or partnership agreements • Collaborate with project teams to clearly communicate needs • Document and maintain partner contacts in our CRM system
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for social issues and community engagement • Some experience in sales, fundraising, or project development (including through university programs or internships) • Strong communication skills • Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented • Business-fluent German; English is an advantage
