📋 Description

• Identify and approach potential partners (companies, institutions, sponsors) • Present projects and develop joint cooperation opportunities • Negotiate and finalize funding or partnership agreements • Work with project teams to clearly communicate needs • Document and maintain partner contacts in the CRM system • Support sales, fundraising and project development with a focus on closing contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for social issues and civic engagement • Initial experience in sales, fundraising, or project development, including through university work or internships • Persuasive communication skills • Initiative, reliability and goal orientation • Business-fluent German (negotiation level) • English is a plus
