📋 Description
• Identify and approach potential partners (companies, institutions, sponsors) • Present our projects and develop joint cooperation opportunities • Negotiate and finalize funding or partnership agreements • Collaborate with project teams to clearly communicate needs • Document and maintain partner contacts in our CRM system
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for social issues and civic engagement • Initial experience in sales, fundraising, or project development (including from university or internships) • Persuasive communication skills • Self-initiative, reliability, and goal orientation • Business-fluent German; English is a plus
