📋 Description
• Support upload, validation and publication of supplier catalogs in Coupa • Review catalog files for completeness and compliance • Validate supplier information, item descriptions, pricing and units of measure • Support punchout catalog setup, testing and troubleshooting • Resolve catalog-related issues • Provide end-user guidance on catalog usage • Coordinate supplier corrections and updates • Support quarterly release testing • Maintain catalog activity tracking and reporting • Collaborate with Procurement, suppliers and support teams • Administer, maintain, validate and continuously improve supplier and punchout catalogs within the Coupa procurement platform
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor degree • 2-5 years relevant experience • Experience with Coupa • Catalog management knowledge • Data validation skills • Punchout catalogs knowledge • Excel proficiency • Attention to detail • Stakeholder management • Communication • Problem solving
