• Responsible for maintaining and growing Tax and Accounting’s largest Global customers in North America • Managing 4-8 customers, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies • Establish and maintain senior level relationships that aid in driving the partnership • Accountable for all new business and retention activity and sales for Tax and Accounting’s software and research products • Interacting, influencing and updating senior executives within Tax and Accounting on status and progress of overall relationship with the firm • Maintain a consistent knowledge of the customers' global goals and objectives • Maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions, features, and benefits • Formulate and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives in North America and globally • Maintain constant awareness of the global competitive market • Facilitate timely customer Account Planning sessions • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years of sales experience, with a focus on tax and accounting or related solutions • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a global market • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and accounting practices • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills • Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and assess market opportunities • Experience working in international markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances and varying business practices • Proficiency with CRM software, client success platforms, and data analytics.
