📋 Description

• Oversee the entire NRO process, including strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration • Partner with operations, training, supply chain, marketing, and development teams for flawless execution • Manage NRO timelines, budgets, and key milestones for on-time openings • Identify and mitigate potential operational challenges • Enhance NRO playbooks for operational efficiency and scalability • Build and mentor a high-performing NRO team • Establish training programs for NRO managers and trainers • Oversee supply chain planning to ensure equipment and ingredient delivery • Implement quality control measures for consistency in standards • Analyze post-opening performance metrics for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations • At least 3+ years leading new store openings or multi-unit expansions • Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale operational plans in a high-growth environment • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple openings simultaneously • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities • In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and customer service excellence • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%) to oversee new store openings
