📋 Description

• Sales success drives you: You are responsible for the entire sales process—from lead generation, pipeline building and successful positioning, to coordinating proposal teams and managing contract negotiations and closures. • You are responsible for the successful sales of Woodmark's entire service portfolio to selected existing and new customers. • Building networks is your passion: You expand customer networks and manage relationships at the decision-maker level. You are recognized as a trusted advisor at top-management level, have access to relevant information, and position Woodmark as a strategic partner in Data and AI. • Collaboration is key to success: You maintain close communication with your customers to ensure professional expectation management and their satisfaction, with our partners to jointly deliver value to the customer, with project teams to ensure project success, and of course with the Woodmark team to foster knowledge sharing and mutual support.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience and network: You have more than 6 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Account Manager, or in a comparable role in selling IT consulting services and have an existing contact network to decision-makers. • Expertise is a given: You can sell technical solutions involving BI software, Data Analytics, AI, and cloud technologies. You are able to build and expand trusted relationships at all levels. • A customer-oriented mindset drives us forward: You can consistently put yourself in the customer's position and understand their needs, presenting yourself professionally and persuasively. You are assertive and strong in closing deals. • Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
