📋 Description

• Support the HR staff services team across administrative processes of the employee lifecycle at all four main locations • Handle a high volume of requests in a help desk setting while keeping records accurate • Draft and publish information to customers about available HR services • Offer constructive suggestions on office procedures • Contribute to better use of available resources • Provide fully remote HR administration support across four sites

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of administrative work in a large organisation, preferably in human resources or a closely related environment • Sound experience with Microsoft Office applications — Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word — and SharePoint in particular • Experience with HR systems such as Oracle EBS, Taleo or a comparable applicant tracking system • Experience with HR ticketing • Experience drafting and publishing information for customers on HR services • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills • Experience of an HR help desk with a high volume workload • Flexible attitude and initiative • Security clearance for NATO is stated in the job title
