• Work full-time (40 hours/week) as self-employed from your home, helping businesses in the US with their administrative needs. • Coordinate and schedule transportation for goods and products. • Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery. • Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status. • Resolve any issues or delays in transportation. • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and inventory. • Optimize routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency. • Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. • Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a logistics coordinator, dispatcher, or similar role. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics processes. • Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
