📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the customer lifecycle • Manage customer relationships and focus on business outcomes • Maximize customers’ return on investment in the Workiva Platform • Develop and maintain relationships with management, product adoption sponsors, and key stakeholders • Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions • Ensure continuous customer ROI • Consult on best practices, workflows, and management business reviews • Develop multi-purpose relationships throughout customer organizations • Identify risks within named accounts and manage or escalate them to resolution • Ensure customers work toward key Customer Journey milestones using customer-facing Success Plans • Advocate for customers internally by providing feedback to Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams • Work with Sales on upcoming renewals • Teach customers how to use the Workiva Platform • Track customer communications, issues, and metrics using customer management tools • Identify opportunities and close additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling • Support client renewal and retention results • Handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas • Operate as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in a related field • 2 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales • An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred • Deep commitment to customer success • Ability to understand complex problems and explain their source simply • Strong communication and presentation skills • Comfort delivering consultative recommendations • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Willingness to travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings • Reliable internet access for periods of remote work • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
