📋 Description

• Serve as technical lead for sales opportunities involving integration and data management • Bridge technical expertise and customer needs throughout the sales process • Guide IT conversations about the Workiva platform within customers’ technology ecosystems • Partner with Regional Sales Directors and customer-facing teams to determine customer challenges and requirements • Lead cross-functional Workiva resources during customer-facing initiatives • Design customized solutions to reinvent customers’ finance processes • Create or adapt custom demonstration solutions • Manage projects and relationships for larger customers with broader needs • Build trusted relationships with senior customer teams • Identify finance transformation opportunities using the Workiva platform • Partner with Sales on territory and pipeline development, engagement plans, qualification gates, and expansion opportunities • Build and present customer business cases and proposals articulating Workiva’s value and ROI • Serve as primary technical partner for enterprise opportunities • Collaborate with Workiva business partners on joint customer initiatives • Advise enterprise IT, architecture, and line-of-business leaders on modern data management, automated workflows, and practical AI • Conduct solution discovery and value presentations across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability solutions • Support smooth customer onboarding and long-term success with partner and customer support teams • Mentor and train team members

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of related career experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting experience (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent) • Background in solution consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience similar • Fluent in French & English • Experience preparing and delivering software presentations/demos or implementing complex software platforms • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to influence customer decisions and contribute to sales strategies • Strong leadership skills and client-facing consulting experience • Ability and willingness to provide training to different audiences • Project and time management skills • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Excellent client-facing presentation skills • Understanding of a company’s finance and accounting processes • Proven ability to position and consult on modern data strategies, enterprise integrations, and practical AI applications • Deep multi-domain knowledge across Financial Performance Management, GRC, or Sustainability/ESG frameworks • Up to 30% travel for customer and internal meetings • Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office
