📋 Description

• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to drive the technical win across target opportunities • Uncover technical requirements consultatively • Develop example solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept to validate requirements and demonstrate enterprise value • Engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings and drive the discovery process • Identify areas where Workiva solutions align with customer and prospect needs • Work with Workiva Client Services to support smooth onboarding and long-term customer success • Develop working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact • Conduct generic and targeted solution demonstrations around Financial Reporting and Controls essentials • Develop new use cases or use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value proposition • Conduct process assessments, build proofs of concept, and present customer-specific business cases • Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals • Assist Sales in developing account plans • Own Opportunity Technical Evaluations and drive verified Technical Wins • Guide customers on data connectivity, automated reporting workflows, and practical AI capabilities • Conduct solution discovery and value presentations across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related career experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting experience (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent) with a background in solution consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery • Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience similar • Fluent in French and English • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions • Ability to present a value based, compelling software demonstrations • Working knowledge or practical experience with emerging AI capabilities (e.g., automated data curation, intelligent document processing, predictive insights, or AI-assisted reporting workflows) • Familiarity with enterprise data structures, API integrations, or cross-domain platform solutions (Finance, GRC, or Sustainability/ESG frameworks like CSRD) • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely • Up to 30% travel for customer and internal meetings
