📋 Description

• Serve as the Integrated Marketing specialist for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement across the DACH region • Tailor campaign specifications, execution plans, and channel mix to operationalize the DACH GTM strategy • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Digital Media teams on multi-channel campaigns • Partner with DACH Sales to build targeted account strategies and execute marketing plans supporting pipeline and revenue goals • Execute field marketing programs, regional events, and partnerships • Engage with DACH B2B industry associations, professional networks, and executive communities • Gather feedback from local customers, sales managers, and partners to refine DACH messaging • Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and campaign metrics to optimize performance and guide decisions • Ensure DACH marketing initiatives align with company brand standards and overall strategy • Report directly to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing South

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a primary focus on demand generation, field, or regional marketing within the DACH region • Fluency in both German and English • Experience delivering B2B SaaS integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation plans • Proven track record of close collaboration with cross-functional teams • Strong communication and cross-functional project management skills • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach • Up to 25% travel for internal and customer events • Reliable internet access for any period of time
